Payment Policy

After successful application, you will be asked to pay a deposit, which is non refundable. (Unless otherwise stated). You will be asked to pay your final payment wherever applicable which once paid is also non refundable. Decision of the project organizer to be held final.

If for any reason you wish to subsequently cancel your course after your part or full fees (i.e. deposit plus balance or Installments) have been paid, Asian College of Teachers cannot provide any refund except for exceptional circumstances. The course organizer's decision is final. In any case, the deposit is non-refundable.

As part of our pre-screening process, applicants are requested to submit an account of their personal history and background and of their motives for joining the course, as well as their future aspirations. Inaccuracies or fraudulent claims in the application are grounds for dismissal from the course.

The course fee is based on your satisfactory completing all the course assessments within stipulated period. If you withdraw from the moderation of your current course and wish to enter moderation on a later course, an additional moderation fee must be paid. Re- registration: If a candidate is unable to complete the course within the stipulated time and without valid notification then the registration of the candidate stands cancelled. If the candidate wants to continue with the program, then he/she has to re- register by paying an additional fee of 60USD or 3000 INR as applicable & will be eligible to get a 3 months’ grace period.

All course members are liable to the disciplinary regulations of the centre. The course director's decision is final and dismissal from the course is not grounds for a refund.

Asian College Of Teachers offers discounts, scholarships and much such promotional offers through its marketing and sales division. However, these offers appear time to time and only valid up to certain period. A student joining on a later date cannot claim the offer. Asian College of Teachers (ACT) undertakes a continuous review of its teacher training courses to ensure imparting high quality education. However, there might be circumstances outside of ACT’s control which might affect its stakeholders like if you are planning to teach in a different country, applying for a teaching license, pursuing higher studies or trying to get the certificate approved by the Ministry of Education (MoE) of a particular country then you can do so with the certificate issued by Asian College of Teachers (ACT). However, each country’s Ministry of Education (MoE) or educational bodies set certain standards that are indispensable for the pursuit of higher studies or teaching in schools in that country. So it can be a possibility that you may be able to use the certificate for higher studies or teaching purposes in one country and not in another. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you investigate thoroughly and check with the relevant authorities regarding the acceptance of the certificate issued by us before you enrol on a particular course. ACT strives to offer high-quality education and its certificates can be valuable for various purposes internationally, but still it is crucial for individuals to verify the specific recognition of the certificate in the country they intend to use it, especially for formal education or professional licensing purposes.
