One particularly memorable experience from the TESOL course was the practicum phase, where we had the opportunity to teach real ESL students under the supervision of experienced mentors. This hands-on teaching experience allowed us to apply theoretical knowledge in a real classroom setting, receive constructive feedback, and observe the immediate impact of our teaching strategies. It was incredibly rewarding to see students improve their English skills and to gain confidence in our ability to manage and engage a diverse classroom. I believe that you have made it easy for established teachers to obtain their diplomas but the course needs to protect its integrity by having stricter assessments for new teachers. I felt anyone with a degree could take this course and obtain a teacher's qualification.
