Initially started the course to learn about ADHD, LD & AUTISM and the first few days were really tough to understand. The design of the course material made it look very simple to understand and helped me pass the exam

I saw the importance to evaluate myself, and how do I conduct my practice during my class. To understand that the world and knowledge are changing constantly so I have to change my practice.

Early Childhood Care and Education from Asian College of Teachers was a magnificent experience and thoroughly fulfilling opportunity to learn and understand how to teach and care for preschool children. I am so happy for the knowledge that I learned from this institution. The teachings is both practical and theoretical, with thorough testing of my understanding and further incentives to seriously ponder over the fact that I had to learn. With a good approach the course is not too difficult, but still requires great efforts in reading, learning, sometimes even memorizing, and most importantly - understanding the learned information. I'd recommend this course for anybody who is not confident to teach preschoolers or has doubts about their techniques. A whole plethora of methods, critique, and analysis of various techniques, attitudes, and background regarding early childhood care and education is presented in a clear, concise (though rich) form, and still very engaging and interesting.

Establish a vision for high-quality instruction. Leaders engage staff and colleagues in refining that vision so that it translates all the way to what happens between teachers and students. Share leadership on key issues impacting instruction. Leaders engage teachers in examination of data, determine priorities as they relate to ensuring all students master literacy standards, and identify the professional learning they need most to achieve the outcomes they want for students. Tap the expertise of their best teachers. Leaders recognize that solutions to their most challenging problems may reside within their staff, so they look there first. If further expertise is necessary, they involve the staff in deciding where to look. Make collaborative time a priority and remove the barriers to it. Leaders eliminate excuses and find ways to create schedules that prioritize collaborative learning time. They provide support so teachers can use learning time wisely to solve problems tied to their highest student learning priorities.

I struggled a bit to start with but that made me sit back and really think about how I answered the questions. Some parts of the course confused me but when I asked Annie she was able to explain it clearly for me, I also have some friends here in Chaiyaphum who are teaching English as a second language and they were very helpful in advising me about different scenario's they have experienced in the classroom. I would like to add not a single teacher over here has done a tesol course so if I choose to teach in a classroom I don't think I will have any problems.

I enjoyed studying through ACT. The self paced learning approach worked well for me as I have a busy schedule.
